Introduction: Therapeutic touch is independent nursing intervention that’s effective on nausea induced by chemotherapy but thecnique, steps and variables effected by this therapy is not yet well known. This research is done to introduce therapeutic touch steps by steps on nausea induced chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. Method and Material: These steps are written by refrences and researchers experience from a randomized control trial, 3 groups, one side blinded and same medicine regiment, on breast cancer nausea. Results indicate therapeutic touch is effective on times, duration and intensity of nausea. Results: Results show that the whole process take place 21/38±6/04. In 69/4% reassessment and doing intervention was nessessary. Patients who have GI and background disease(beside breast cancer) need longer therapeutic touch. Steps of therapeutic touch also is introduced. Discussion: Education of clinical nurses and nursing students and supervising it by managers, its effectiveness, patients satisfactory and research on other variables for next research proposed.
